  @Docshute

Hi,

Do you notice the Internet LED of the router turns red or green when the issue happens? and will it recover automatically or you have to restart the router to get it working again?

When the issue happens next time, please connect a computer to your modem directly with an Ethernet cable to see if internet still work fine from the modem.

You could also  configure Internet DNS servers manually

If the issue still happens with the router only, please help to confirm the following details for analysis:

1. The dropping issue happens since the purchase or just recently? did you update the firmware before the issue started?

2. When the issue happens, all the client devices are still connected but no internet access, or some client devices disconnect completely and unable to reconnect?

Only wireless devices are affected or both wired and wireless devices?

3. What is the topology of you network? any extenders etc. in the network? and who is your ISP?

4. If you are still able to log into the router web interface when the issue happens, please check if there is still WAN IP address and then save a system log file for analysis.
