Model: Deco X50-5G   Deco S4
Hardware Version: V20
Firmware Version: 1.1.1

I was previously running a TP-Link Archer 4G Router with the main Deco S4 out of three connected by Ethernet to it to give me a seamless MESH WiFi network. At that point, the works laptop connected perfectly to the internet, but Microsoft Exchange would not connect on to it due to permissions set up by my employer. I had to put it on the separate Wi-Fi of my old 4G router for Exchange to connect.
I've recently upgraded and purchased a Deco X-50 5G router to go with the existing three Deco S4s. I am now back with the same problem of the works laptop fully online, but Exchange will not connect.
Is there a way of circumnavigating this so that Exchange will connect on a Deco MESH WiFi network? There are no other issues on my home network apart from the non-connection of Exchange on this online device. Ideally I don't want to pay for two internet connections and put the works laptop back on my old, slower 4G router.

Many thanks in advance for any suggestions.

  @AdeOld

You will find more help at your place of work.

If your employer does not allow to use office laptop at home, you should respect that. In case they do not allow it but that impairs your work, you should discuss it with your management. Circumventing restrictions placed on office computer could cause issues with employment, or even legal issues. I don't think you would want to risk that.

In case you are allowed to work from home on office laptop, contact your IT Support for assistance. You can even bring Deco X-50 5G router to office and ask yout IT Support to figure what prevents office laptop connected through it to use Exchange. You can also take TP-Link Archer 4G Router with you so that they may be able to figure where the difference between these two is.

If your IT Support tells you the reason, for example "Deco X-50 5G router blocks access to domain mail.ABC.eu and that is where the problem is," now you have useful info to share with TP-Link Support so that they can figure how to address this for you and for other Exchange users.
