Model: RE315
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

Why is there no option to change password of extended network? It can only be kept as same as main network. Can't be edited. Only the the name of extended network can be changed. Why is this?

In general extending a wireless network means to extend existing wireless network coverage instead of creating a new one with different SSID and password.

If you use RE315 to build a Onemesh/Easymesh even the extended network SSID can't be changed because the RE315 will copy the router wireless settings.

  @Rozin8

The firmware of RE315 does not support this feature yet and the following models here are able to customize its own password.

Thank you very much and best regards.
