Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 1.1.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 210803 Rel.55933n

Hello everyone,

we have TL-MR6400 with SIM card, its with static IP 192.168.1.1.

After it we have AC point 192.168.1.2

From 1 month the router have randomly issue - it is "freezing", all devices are losing Internet connection, all light switches, TVs, laptops, cameras.

Meanwhile the AC point is available on 192.168.1.2 - you can access it, but the router on 192.168.1.1 cannot.

There is nothing in the logs - no errors, nothing interesting. This happens once or twice per day, we need to turn it off manually and turn it back on, which is not ok.

Band selection is manual, B3 and B20.

Hi, please confirm if your MR6400 is EU version V5.20, if so, you could download the latest firmware from our official website and update it to see if it solves the problem:
