Why my Range Extender (TP-Link Model RE815XE) is unable to detect 5GHz wireless network of my root router (HUAWEI HOME GATEWAY DG8245W2)?

Although I have two other devices (TP-Link Model: RE305 & RE650) that works fine and able to detect 5GHz wireless network of with same root router

  @Bshelel

Hi, Thanks for the feedback.

Would RE815XE be able to detect any other 5GHz networks?

Are you able to help me check the current 5GHz wireless channel of HUAWEI HOME GATEWAY DG8245W2?

Wait for your reply and best regards.

  @Bshelel

Great! The issue has been successfully resolved, and the RE815XE can now detect 5GHz networks flawlessly. This was achieved by making a simple adjustment to the root router's settings. Specifically, the 5GHz wireless channel was changed from automatic to channel 40. As a result, the RE815XE is now functioning perfectly.

 @David-TP  Thank you
