I also tried without portforwarding, it doesnot work. xxx.44.105.192 is a public ip. masked for privacy.
also tried with dynamic dns, it doesnt work. please help.
First make sure that your AX10 Internet IP address is a public IP address:
It should not be in the following ranges:
- Class A: 10.0. 0.0 to 10.255. 255.255.
- Class B: 172.16. 0.0 to 172.31. 255.255.
- Class C: 192.168. 0.0 to 192.168. 255.255.
- CG-NAT: 100.64.0.0 – 100.127.255.255
For port-forwarding you should use the port-forwarding section (not port-triggering):
@terziyski Thank you for your message. I am using public ip. what will be device ip in this case. Since I will be connecting it from internet?
