Model: Archer C24  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.10.0 Build 210830 Rel.72007n(5553)

I am facing an issue where my internet is fine and all LED indicators are showing that everything is going as expected. However, I am facing intermittent issues with the internet and connectivity with the router. Few mobile devices says they are connected to WIFI but no internet connection is there. The exception I got is:

Seems like its similar to this https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/622176 issue. Kindly help me out with this.

Try the latest FW release for your C24 - here. Updating the C24 FW may fix this issue.

Here's how to update router FW manually (Case 1).

Thanks brother for your kind response but unfortunately that is not working. The latest firmware (Archer C24(US)_V1_1.10.0 Build 220519) seems to be only for the Singapore version however I am using the US one. When I am trying to patch (Archer C24(US)_V1_1.10.0 Build 220519) it throws an error as shown in the screenshot attached below. 

Note: I am already using Archer C24(US)_V1_210830 firmware which seems to be the latest for US models.

What's the region and HW version of your device ? That's on its bottom sticker - details.
