Model: Deco M9 Plus
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.62

Good afternoon all, I have mesh system at home everything fine.

Setup for work same TP link account and setup our Mesh System.

Then last night accidentally deleted the network no confirm deletion pop or anything.

I thought I would be able to recover it but nope.

So went in super early and redid it again ( 7 m9 plus )

I then go to my next site to setup next one and the network has gone.

This is crazy I have read forums and I am not alone.

Also why cant you create a web UI to see all this.

How do I restore the one thats not showing in the app?

  @StephenPhillips

Hi, Thank you very much for your message.

Is the losing network still solid green? Are you able to leave me a message with the MAC address of the main Deco of the losing network?

When I checked your TP-Link email ID, I can still see there are two Deco M9 Plus Mesh networks under your ID.

Wait for your reply and best regards.

  @StephenPhillips

Right I have been through support I will give you more details of what occurred and hopefully how to fix it.

Setup home network 3 m9 plus upgraded firmware everything fine.

Created second network 8 m9 plus with firmwares updated accidentally deleted as no pop up are you sure.

Recreated factory reset all of them and then left site and then could not access network on app.

Spoke to support blah blah, must be a faulty unit.

Not the case.

Came in reinstalled deco app, rebooted mobile, disabled data of mobile and connected to Wifi. Network back. (No VPN)

Tried to add manager wont let me.

Turned data on cannot see network.

Turned Wifi back on can see network.

Right must be firewall related.

Added IP address of Deco main AP to our content filtering safe list

Now can see network on data and can add managers

I have asked David-TP for addresses that need whitelisting and will add to this thread.
