Deco devices missing from app
TP link has stopped showing the devices in my network. The devices are still connected and working. When I open the app, it prompts me to set up the system again.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, Have you checked whether you signed into the Deco APP via the same email that you used to set up Deco?
If you have done it already, could you please leave me a message with the MAC address of the main Deco E4?

Had same issue
Heres what I did:
Came in reinstalled deco app, rebooted mobile, disabled data of mobile and connected to Wifi. Network back on app. (No VPN)
Tried to add manager wont let me.
Turned data on cannot see network.
Turned Wifi back on can see network.
Right must be firewall related.
Added IP address of Deco main AP to our content filtering safe list
Now can see network on data and can add managers
I have asked David-TP for addresses that need whitelisting and will add to this thread.

Hi, I had the same problem. It lasted a few days. Then my devices were back and so was the update, which I had missed.
So perhaps its best just to wait for a while .
