Hi, since none of the existing threads about this topic contains a solution but all end with send the app logs, I thought let's try again and hope somebody can share the solution for this problem on the forum :) 

In my Deco App (iOS 17, v3.8.24) I can't see any connected devices any more in the app. All devices are only listed under the  "Offline clients" and in the past I could also see to which deco they where connected. And I'm sure each device is connected else I would hear some complains here in the house :) The devices overview shows all deco's and that they all work as expected, I can even see the download/upload, but the client counter is 0 for all of them :( 

Any hints on how to fix this? Re-installing the app didn't work, restarting the Deco's also didn't improve anything.
