Model: TL-PA4010 KIT
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version:

The middle light on both devices went out, which I was able to figure out means the pair are no longer linking up to each other. I've tried to reconnect the units by pressing the connect button on the front, reset both by holding it down for ten seconds, un-plugged both units and plugged them back in and pressed the button again. None of the above seem to be working for me, however.

Is there anything else I can try at this point in time?

Hi,

Plug both TL-PA4010 into wall sockets that are very close to each other, or into an extension strip with multiple sockets. Then try again to pair them. If they still fail to pair, then one of them must have gone bad.
