Model: Archer AX11000
Hardware Version: V7
Firmware Version: 1.3.4

Good afternoon

I bought AX11000 router from person who bought at ebay. After reseting the router I adjust it to my need. But I admit that it is bounded to some tp link account, which I can't change.

Please advise if there is any way to reset the tp link ID and set instead mine.

Basically it doesn't influence anything while using it but I can't link it to alexa. I'll appreciate the advise.

Hi, normally a factory reset should be unbind it from previous TP-Link ID, so please make sure you've reset it successfully by holding reset button until power LED flashing.

If it still has the same issue, please send an email to support@tp-link.com along with the proof of purchase and picture of the device label.

  @Nam100

I solved the issue sending e-mail to tp link, with attached invoice, to prove that I bought it. So they did the job.
