Model: Deco X50
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.4.1

Hi,

I was checking my connection between TV and Deco, and could see that my TV is not connecting in 5GHz network (TV is compatible with 5Ghz networks).

So, I change the bandwidth from 160MHz to 80Mhz and worked ( this concluded that my TV is not compatible with 160MHz)

My question is, when I set 80 or 160MHz, is fixed? For example, if my tv is not compatible, could connect to 80MHz automatically?

Is not auto "negotiation"?

If not, might be good to see this feature.. in order to leave the device decides with bandwidth connect!

@chls_84 Using 160 Mhz is not worth it. You're better off using 80 Mhz

Just a M4 (2-pack) user who regrets buying it

  @chls_84

Have you tried using the IoT network? Perhaps you could turn on the IoT network 5Ghz, and see if your TV is able to connect while at the same time turning on the 160Mhz.
