Hi

 

5 days ago i bought total security package . 

 

first total security package include security +  or i need buy it?

second total security package include antivirus program and vpn. they say they will send e-mail about instroduction but  i didnt receive anything about them.

 

What should do about it?

Hi, It includes security+. The email should be sent from no-reply@avira.com.

Could you please check whether you have received any email from this sender?

Thanks for the update.

I will also check with the engineers for other suggestions.

By the way, it is also suggested to send a new email to the current TP-Link email ID on the Deco APP to test whether the mail box is full.
