Hi, I have NAT, DHCP enabled and my ports and IP address for my home network is connected properly. My NodeJS server is up and running at port 80 and 443. I have the port forwarded to the same ports of my router. But when I try to access the server from my mobile data (i.e. network outside of my LAN) I cant reach it. I am running the server in windows and all my firewall settings on router is enabled and my windows firewall settings are same as default (no changes made).

What could be my issue? I have a static IP by my ISP (Alliance broadband) for my wifi router.

It could be either the windows firewall ports (80,443) closed or a private IP address on your AX1500 WAN (Internet) interface.

Make sure that your AX1500 WAN port IP address is public, otherwise you won't be able to reach the server from an external network.
