Hi, everyone!

I used to set my old roter AC750 as a access point and connect my security cam TAPO C310. I was able to use RTSP on the VLC player. Because of some problem with the old router, I decided buy a new one, more specifically a Archer C80 (TP-Link 1900). I followed the instructions, internet is ok, I can saw the camera by the app, but I cannot use RTSP anymore. I followed the tutorial: How to view Tapo camera on a PC through RTSP stream | TP-Link, tried VLC and I Spy but nothing is working, iSpy can't find the camera.
I tried confir the router, check the ports but this model always carry me to a quick start to config the router. Is it possible see advanced option, list os devices connected or someone know how to make my TAPO visible again?
Thanks

  @mautoza

Are you using your new router in AP mode (access point mode). If that's the case there's no advanced tab in its WebGUI:

In this case following the guide you mentioned all setting should be done on your main router.

If this was helpful click once on the arrow pointing upward. If this solves your issue, click once the star to mark it as a "Recommended Solution".

Hi, everyone! I had to buy a range extended and it was necessary install an app. With this app I could access my router and see all advanced things. The router show me that my router was not set as access point and this is the reason I coudn't do anything. After change to access point the camera was "visible" again! Problem solved!
