Just bought the X10 today and set up the parental controls blocking media and games.  

However, it did not block any app!  YouTube, Roblox, Facebook Apps are all working on the device.   
 

I tried both IOS and Android Deco app and they make no diff.  
 

Please tell me how to block YouTube and Roblox App.
