Archer TX20U plus doesn't support Monitor mode and Packet Injection.
Best regards.

Hi David, thank you for your reply,
Could you advise two recent TPLink devices that support Monitor mode and Packet Injection?
Device 1 - one device with two antenna (similar to Archer TX20U Plus) with highest possible speeds (AC/1200 or AX/1800)
Device 2 - one device with one antenna (similar to TL-WN722N) with highest possible speeds (AC/1200 or AX/1800)
Thanks

Hi,
For the device with one antenna, TL-WN725N(RTL8188EUS) would be a good choice.
And for two antennas, you could consider Archer T9UH(RTL8814AU).
However, the official driver for Linux only supports Linux Kernel 2.6.18 ~ 4.4.6. If you have an updated OS, you may explore third-party websites like GitHub.com for compatible drivers based on the chipsets solution.
Thank you very much and best regards.
