Hello,

    I am unable to configure IPV6 on my deco. I have a omada system sitting in between my isp modem and deco. On omada system (router + switch + Controller), i get ipv6 assigned from ISP. However, when i setup LAN with ipv6 enabled with prefix delegation on the omada side, i do not get any ipv6 assignment on the deco in router mode.

    Deco in Access Point mode gets the ipv6 assigned on all the devices correctly.

    Since I have added a new point recently, I cannot move back to Access Point mode for the mesh to work. Has anyone faced this problem?

    These are my current settings:

             Internet Connection V6 -> Dynamic IP -> Get IP Address (Auto) -> Prefix Delegation (On) -> Assigned Type -> DhcpV6

     Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

vnan1829

Hi, have you tried to set the IPV6 internet connection type to "Bridge" on Deco XE75 Pro?

Wait for your reply and best regards.

  @vnan1829

Is your IPv4 also simply configured as "dynamic"?

Does your Deco not obtain an IPv6 address, or does it not distribute addresses to the attached devices?

I suggest "SLAAC + RDNSS" for IPV6 "assigned type".

Finally, it worked Omada/ISP router: SLAAC + DHCP Deco: Bridge mode (reboot required). Thanks for you support everyone.
