Why some websites & app cannot be connected

(e.g Uniqlo hk, McDonald hk, PlayStation.......)

This is a long-term issue, How to solve？

Hi, welcome to the community.

Have you set up any parental control profiles(like web filters) for the device?

By the way, have you subscribed to Security+ or Advanced Parental Control on the Deco X50?
