Hello.

After recent update I cannot use 2.4GHz band wifi anymore. I've tried everything, updated drivers, chaged all settings, did factory reset and still the same problem.
5GHz seems okay, but not all devices support 5g. Wired connection works fine also.

 

OneMesh and QoS is turned off now, but nothing changes.

 

Drivers up to date. But wifi just randomly drops and sometimes it's hard to reconnect, 2.4g not discoverable. Before update everything worked fine.

Does anybody experiencing same problem?

My device Lenovo Yoga c940, but I 2.4ghz drops on other devices also

Hi, thanks for posting question on our community.

You have disabled Smart Connect set different wifi names for 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz, right?

It is suggested to adjust 2.4GHz channel width into 20MHz.

And if the unstable issue remains on 2.4Ghz wifi band, you may change DNS for a try.
