Model: Archer AXE75
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I used TELUS service and their booster as a router directly. But since it has no vpn server function, I just changed to AXE75 yesterday but I found this problem.

I have 1Gbps service for both download and upload from TELUS. Before changing the router, I can only get both 400M via wifi as their router does not support WIFI6. After changing it, the download speed is able to reach 800M via wifi 6G which is awesome. But the upload speed is only round 100M. It is so weird.

Hope you could help me figure these it out.

Thanks so much.

  @ygsq

Hi, thanks for posting question on our community.

It is suggested to check the settings below:

1. Disable QoS, please access http://tplinkwifi.net and go to Advanced >> QoS to disable it.

2. Disable Parental Control, please go to Advanced >> Parental Control to disable it.

3. Disable SIP ALG and UPNP, please go to Advanced >> NAT Forwarding >> UPNP to disable UPNP, go to Advance >> Security to disable SIP ALG.

4. Try a few other speedtest servers, other servers might reach better speeds.

5. Please set up a separate 5Ghz wireless network and test the speed to compare.

Or you may refer to the FAQ directly.

And what device did you use to test the speed? Please share the model of the device and the screenshot of the speedtest result.
