Model: Archer AXE75
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.9 Build 20231115 rel.37295(5553)

My router AXE75 6e band doesnt show up on the wifi list, i'm using a Intel® Wi-Fi 6E AX211 v23.20.1.1

I've tried downgrading and updating to the latest driver and firmware for the wifi card and the router, the 6e band sometimes disconnects and disappear from the wifi list.
Please fix or help me, thanks

Hello, please try to change the 6GHz WiFi band on the router to see if it helps.

Besides, you mean the 6GHz appears usually but after working for some time, it will disappear suddenly, right? will it reappear after some time? or you have to restart the router to see it again?

And how often does the issue happen?

Yeah it works sometime. I've changed to multiple bands from the lowest to the highest. I've received this product for only 2-3 weeks within these weeks it occurred and I'm the only access point in my neighbourhood to support 6ghz using a wifi analyzer

EDIT: I found the issue, I forgot that my room walls are uneven so i moved my pc anntena to align where my router is, i'm getting better speeds. my rssi is at best -40 dBm before was -60+. I used a different wifi analyzer to check the rssi :)

I will have to check it out when I'm back home, I will let you know when it happens. I think it was due to low signal strength that caused to disappear from the WiFi list
