Model: Archer MR200
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 1.1.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 220513 Rel.40397n

I´m using the MR200 in the cabin with an external antenna. When installing the MR200 last summer it connected the Iphone 14 and PC s to the wifi network without problem. Late last year it started to reboot when connecting the mobile, while the pc operated fine. I have tried to modifiy the security, disabled 2.4 and 5Ghz, reset the device but still when connecting the mobile the device reboots. There are no error messages og critical warning in the log files

Any ideas on what can be wrong?

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

May I confirm some information to better locate your situation?

1. Except iPhone and PC, do you have other wireless devices and can they connect the wireless network of TL-MR200?

2. What is the model and OS of your iPhone and PC?

3.  Which wifi band did you connect iPhone/PC to? 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz?

4.Please check the bottom label of the router to confirm whether it is V5.30

5. When you are trying to connect the iPhone to the router, can you record a video that the router reboot itself and share us?

6. And you are always using the original power adapter of the router, right?

Hi, thank you for the response. See my answers below.

1. Except iPhone and PC, do you have other wireless devices and can they connect the wireless network of TL-MR200? - No, not when this is happening.

2. What is the model and OS of your iPhone and PC? Iphone 14 with latest release, MacbookAir with Sonoma rel 14.x

3.  Which wifi band did you connect iPhone/PC to? 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz? Tried both, only 2.4 and 5 Ghz. Same result

4.Please check the bottom label of the router to confirm whether it is V5.30 - Confirm EU version rel 5.30

5. When you are trying to connect the iPhone to the router, can you record a video that the router reboot itself and share us? I can do that the next time I´m going

6. And you are always using the original power adapter of the router, right? Yes
