Hi, 

i blocked a google speaker, then accidentally hit the delete button (instead of unblock).

Ive tried restating, rebooting the network, restored the speaker to factory settings... but cant get the speaker to connect to the wifi.

 

the speaker cant connect to the wifi anymore

Hi, Have you tried to connect the speaker to the IOT or Guest network to see whether it helped?

If you could find the MAC address on the Google Speaker, please try to manually reserve an IP address profile for the speaker to see whether it could show up on the offline client list again.

hi david,

 

i tried connecting to guest wifi - no luck.

 

i linked the google speaker to another wifi network and got the mac address.

as per the attached (is this IP ok?)
rebooted both speaker and network...
still cant get the speaker to connect to the wifi.

 

any other ideas?
