Hi All,

I've successfully set up an adapter and extender with no problem and a second extender has created a new, different wifi network that I can connect to, but it doesn't connect to the internet.

The 3 lights (all except the ethernet one as no ethernet were plugged in) were all on at one stage. I had the 2nd extender plugged in to the same room and then same double socket as 1st extender. I tried resetting, holding down the wifi button for 2 secs to clone, and then 10 secs as I saw someone else here suggest that.

Any ideas on a fix or why it doesn't connect? Faulty extender? Or different firmware or something else version?

Thanks in advance!

  @stelfer

Hi,

Did you pair the second extender with the same adapter? If you paired it with another adapter, please also connect the other adapter to the main router.

You can also try resetting this unit and pair it with the adapter again.
