Model: Deco M4
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.6.2 Build 20240308 Rel. 55841

Hello.

I have set four DECOs as Mesh. It worked great for years.
Today I suddenly lost the wifi on all devices. I can't find the wifi.
I rebooted all DECOs - no solution.
In my iOS App I can't find any error.
LAN works, but all wireless devices are not connected any more to the main wifi.

Via the Browser on LAN connected Computer
-> http://tplinkdeco.net -> Advanced -> Status
i can see that:

Wireless

SSID:

AirportXXX

2.4GHz Wireless:

Enable: Off

Channel: 10

5GHz Wireless:

Enable: Off

Channel: 36

the wireless connection is disabled.
Which sounds understandable, because I can not find it.

But How can I enable it again?

On my iOS App it looks like its enabled, but when I try to make changes to SSID or Password the error pops up "not pssible at the moment. try later".

Would be great if somebody can help me out.

(I was able to set up a guest network and could connect with my phone to it)

Thank you

  @Thermo

Hi,

Have you enabled ECO mode? Please check if you have set WIFI schedule.

If not, you can reset one of the satellite Deco unit, and then configure it again. If it works, you can reset the rest units and add them to the new network.

If you cannot see the default Deco WIFI after you reset, or the same issue comes again after you set up, please contact the local support with the issue and the results above.

  @Thermo

Have a very similar problem with mine here.

Curious if you find a solution beyond resetting the entire system
