cannot update or manage Deco network
Hi,
I have 3 Deco M4s in use at home for several years now and the wifi network works fine.
They work in AP mode. All 3 decos are connected via cable to the main router.
However the deco app did not work OK (it worked fine in the past) every time the message about 2 decos being offline, while they are online.
I wanted to run a network optimalization, scanning : detection failed. Also I am unable to update the firmware and add a new Deco.
I decided to re-install the app. mm, TP link account password: I don't remember, so I performed a reset.
After that I was able to login the app. Now the 3 decos show online, but the mac and IP addresses of them are not shown.
Also I cannot see the connected clients.
And it does not show the current SSID and guest network, when selecting Guestnetwork it asks me to set it up first...
I even cannot turn off the LED.
It says I am the owner of the network, but not the manager ?
I also cannot login via http://tplinkdeco.net/webpages/index.html , it asks for the password of the TP link owner ID.
When I enter the password I set earlier (to login the app), it says : wrong password.
So I am a little bit lost.....
The app sees the decos but not the wifi network. I also cannot manage it...
What can I do ?
