Hi,

I have a new phone, downloaded the Deco app.

I have signed under the same account as before and my Decos show but says cannot fresh so I cannot see what is connect to my Decos or manage them.

There is no Network name showing but I am connected to the Internet via the Deco...

 

How can I fix this without resetting the whole network amd setting up from scratch again?

Hi, Thanks for the feedback.

Can I have the model number of your Deco?

How about the current Deco APP version?- you can find it under "三" on the top left>APP settings>About.

There were several feedbacks about 3.9.22 recently and I think there might be something wrong with this version.

Could you please install the 3.8.215 here to see whether it helps with the current issue:
