Hi

 

What is the current lighting status on the extender?
If only the power light is on, it is recommended that you reset the extender and reconfigure it.
1.There is a small reset hole on the extender. Please use a pin to press the reset hole for 1 second to reset the extender.
2.After resetting the extender, you could refer to the following link to reconfigure, please note that the extender should be placed next to the router during configuration:
