Model: Archer AX1800 Archer AX23

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.0.2 Build 20240429 Rel. 37782(4A50)

I just bought an Archer AX23V (listed also as AX1800) in Japan.

I have updated from a google wifi router.

I had no problem setting up the network (PPPoE) and all my devices can connect to the internet with no issues.
Nevertheless I cannot ping the devices inside my local network.

I have not changed any of the default settings aside from reserving the IPs addresses in the DHCP server.

I assume it should be something simple.

Could somebody be so kind to give me some help.

Describe your network infrastructure.

Do you have any other network devices like ISP modem router or other network equipment.

It's quite possible if you have double NAT in your network to experience a similar issue.
