Model: Archer C6U
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.7 Build 20230829 rel.53730(4555)

Below is the IP assigned to my TP-Link router by the ISP but, this is not my public IP. My ISP is using CGNAT technology. My actual intention is to configure open VPN in my device without purchasing Static IP. Kindly advice me how to bypass CGNAT and configure the VPN in my router using TP-link ID. Something similar to TP-link Tether App which uses to connect my home router using my TP-Link account.

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

Sorry that we can not see the IP assigned by your ISP. But I am afraid that a static IP may be necessary if you want to set up OpenVPN on the router.

The two guides below may say more clearly:

How to use OpenVPN to access your home network through the Wi-Fi Routers

How do I troubleshoot if the OpenVPN is not connecting?

Note:
For the CG-NAT ISP: Comporium and Direct link - radio service, provide the customer a private IP, that will cause you can’t use the OpenVPN or port forwarding and affect the NAT Type. You can contact the ISP and ask them to offer a Statis IP address.
