Deco pay to surf parental controls are blocking a specifically child friendly money-smart and pocket money app used by parents and some schools in Australia. Deco is blocking spriggy.com.au
It is not pay to surf.
Trend micro website states this website is not categorised, yet Deco is blocking under pay to surf parental control.

Google Play marks "Spriggy Pocket Money" as "Education" but the APP Store clarifies it as "Finance". Since it does include pre-paid and transaction services, I think it is reasonable to be clarified as "pay-to-surf".
The parental control filter content on Deco X95 is not based on TrendMicro. It is based on Avira Antivirus. If possible, you could submit feedback to see whether they can reevaluate the URL address.-https://support.avira.com/hc/en-us
