Model: Deco X10-4G
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.2

It's lacking basic network features such as static routing.

Having WireGuard would also be appreciated. When does this device gets the latest firmware available on the other models like x50 ?

  @OvelhaNegra

Hi, Thanks for the notification.

May I know why you need Static Routing on the Deco X1500-4G, or how do you plan to use Statis Routing?

For the Wireguard VPN protocol, I think it still needs quite a while. So far there hasn't been an expected date.

Best regards.

  @David-TP this is really basic network stuff.. anything that wants to be considered a "router" should allow the user to define routes.. and you do allow this on other models with the updated firmware. It just impossible to know it prior to buying the hardware.. and then it's too late to go back. Not to mention that a quick search for the topic on your KB shows that it should be possible: https://community.tp-link.com/us/home/kb/detail/412680 "Creating a Static Route on Your Deco Mesh".

  @David-TP my device just got updated today to v1.0.4.. so the hardware line is not dead; could you please find out when should we expect to have the latest features available os the other Deco models ? As I pointed out, your Kb articles states that static routing should be available on the Deco.

What is the official way to open a feature request to your engeneering or customer service department ? I bought a product I expect full support for it. This forum thing is not working.
