Model: Deco X60
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.5.3 Build 20231226 Rel. 68787

Hi all,

I have one X60 v2 as a main Deco, and three X60 v1 as subs (in EU). And all three X60 v1 flashes red, quite often, randomly.

Without v2, when I had only three X60 v1 it worked very good. After buying X60 v2 and adding to the system - all X60 v1 slaves don't work as they used to.

Firmware - the newest, on all 4 devices. Deco app - also up to date.

Any idea what to do?

I'm tired of unplugging all the time the devices, restarting them, etc. It should work, but it doesn't.

Can you help, please?

  @Joseph-TP

Joseph,

thanks for the answer.

Main Deco changed from v2 to v1.

I'll observe work. After 12h so far so good.

After almost a week without single malfunction I think I can say it helped.
