Model: Deco M4
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.6.2

Hello Community,
my TP link M4 main device starting randomly disconnecting from LAN network and reporting no internet connection.

I am uneble to ping it from LAN after this and only solution possible are several restarts.

Red led is on both devices.

configuration example:

192.168.1.20 main device connected by lan

192.168.1.21 connected via wifi 2,4/5GHz

DHCP range starts from .09

and .20 .21 are reserved via MAC address.

MOde configured as Access point

Is there a way how to intercept logs from Deco devices so I can identify what is happening prior to this issue?
Or if you have any other advice please share it with me.

Thx
Robo

  @HeFo

Hi, Thank you very much for your feedback.

There are some system logs recorded on the web management page and you could check whether it has saved some useful details:

Deco web interface login

In the meantime, there are some suggestions:

1. Please replace the internet cable between the main Deco and the ISP router.

2. set a different M4 as the main Deco-How to replace the main Deco with another Deco

Best regards.
