Hi, 

Ive just purchased the X10 as quite a few areas in my house with poor signal, when I've tried to set up by connecting it to the modem I'm having no luck. Connected it to the router provided by KCOM and it works but I'm only getting 50mbps where should be 300. 
Mice rang KCOM and they've said could be because of the static IP which they've given me with my username and password but I have no idea where that goes. Tried setting up with static op on the set up and it asks for subnet mask, gateway, DNS honestly don't know where I'm supposed to find any of it.

any help would be appreciated
