Hello 

I have problem with tp link extender. 

I have tried to start it up with Tether app, I manage to connect with the extender, but it says what internet is not available.  

Even when I place the extender right beside our router. We already have a another extender,( same model as this one) and that one is functional as it supposed to. It has internet even when it is in a defrent room. 

We even tried to plag out the other extender (if that would disturb we set up of the new one) but it do'nt make any difference. I dont know if we did anything wrong from the beginning, I dont know how?

Or if we need to do it all over again?

Can you please explain what to do?
