Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.1 Build 20240426 rel.40133(5553)

My cable modem is connected to Archer AX72 Pro WAN port. One PC is connected to LAN port of Archer AX72 Pro. The cable modem ip address is: 192.168.0.1, the ip of Archer AX72 WAN port is: 192.168.0.2, the ip of Archer AX72 LAN port is: 192.168.1.1, and the ip of PC is: 192.168.1.2.

 

When I do ping to 192.168.100.1 from PC, I get "Request timed out.".

 

When I connect another PC directly to cable modem, and I do ping  to 192.168.100.1, I get a successfully response.

 

Would You please help me with this problem?

The IP address 192.168.100.1 is a private IP address that is reserved for internal networks only and is outside the subnet range of both your AX72's WAN and LAN networks.  You probably need to set up a static route in your AX72, using the cable modem address of 192.168.0.1 as the gateway address.  The cable modem should then take care of internally routing traffic to the admin page.
