Wifi connected in laptop's but not able to Access Internet
Hi i am getting an issue from last few days that my laptop is showing connected with wifi but i am not able to access internet .
i am able to ping router gateway and DNS through IP (8.8.8.8) but when i am trying to ping through name ( google.com ) thats not able to ping .
i have done many things to diagnose network adopter.
if any have the solution please share.

Here are some suggestions for your reference:
1. Check whether your other wireless devices connect to the router and access internet.
2. Please connect your laptop to the hotspot of your phone to check the internet access.
3. Update the wireless adapter of your laptop.
4.Check whether your laptop gets the IP address automatically instead of using a static IP.

1.YES, other devices able to access internet on wifi like laptop,mobile ,tab.
2. YES, when i connect laptop to mobile hotspot then i am able to access the internet.
3. YES, i have updated the wireless adopter driver.
4. Laptop gets IP address automatically and i have used static IP too but issue is same .
in this scenario i am able to ping other devices from the laptop and from other devices able to ping the same laptop .

Hi, thanks for your update~
You may try to set up address reservation for your laptop.
It is also suggested to connect to guest network of the router.
Or try to change DNS on the router for a try following this guide.
BTW, usually, which wifi band was your laptop connected to? If Smart Connect is enabled, please disable it and set different wifi names for 2.4GHz and 5GHz band, then connect this laptop to each band to confirm.

# i have tried address reservation that also didnt worked.
# also connected with guest network.
i# ts not about single laptop, faced this issues in multipule laptop with OS -win 10/11.
# smart connect is disabled and we are working with diffrent name for both band and same issue with both band.
# On same laptops internet working fine with LAN connection .only issue with WIFI connection.
