Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: TE7M5V3

After working for a long time, my Deco M5 light suddenly went red, and the Deco app will not connect to it. 

I have tried all of the recommended steps:

Resetting and restoring to factory settings, and setting up a new network, and after pulsing blue, it returns to the red light status. 

Could anyone please advise what to do.
