Im trying to set up my deco and everytime it gets tot he connect to you new wifi screen, as soon as i click connect the Deco goes red and it says failed to connect to your new wifi

Hi, may I know who is your internet service provider and what internet connection type did you choose?

When the Deco turned red, please try to manually connect to the new Wi-Fi and go to Deco APP>More>Adavanced>iPV4 and check whether there is any IP address;

PS: if there is any MAC binding, please try to power off the ISP modem for 4-5 mints, then power back;
