Hi!

I recently got the the Deco M4 AC1200 from UniFi, and I was attempting to set it up earlier. When I was setting it up, all the steps were fine up until where the app tells you to connect to the new network that the Deco creates. At this stage, before the network is set up, the Deco changes from a solid blue to a solid red indicator light, then the network is created. Upon connecting to the network the Deco creates, no data connection will be discovered. I have tried resetting and changing the DNS server but neither of them work. 

 

Does anyone have a solution? Thanks in advance!

I think the internet configuration details, might be incorrect, especially the internet VLAN, like internet VLAN ID 500?

For the internet connection type, it is under Deco APP>More>advanced>IPV4>internet connection type>PPPoE/Dynamic IP

For the IPTV, it is under Deco APP>More>Advanced>IPTV/VLAN>ISP profile

If the vlan is is incorrect configuration how would I go about correcting it?
