I have connected router and 2 PCs to TP-Link TL-SG105 and one of the PCs keep getting steady 1000 mbit/s as it should, but the other PC gets only 100 mbit/s. When switching slots, the other PC gets to 1000 mbit/s for little bit before going back down to 100 mbit/s. The cable is CAT6e and it's a new cable, so there shouldn't be anything wrong with it.

If you have another spare cable of a good quality make a test with it. CAT 5E is enough for 1000 mbps bandwidth.
