Model: Deco P9
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.2.1 build 20240716

One of my three P9 devices was giving a purple solid light. I made a reset and after the red and the blue light my device seems to have contact with the master.

But the solid purple light is always coming back.

The app says everything is working normal. But on the map with the three devices, I see a normal WIFI-wave signal between the two normal working devices, and between the master and the device with the purple light a see a total other signal (a broken line with on the right above a very small WIFI-signal)

Can you help me to find the exact intervention ?

WKR

Hi, Can you share some pictures/screenshots of the "Purple light" and abnormal connection status"a broken line with on the right above a very small WIFI-signal" here?

By the way, how long have you had the Deco P9? Did this issue start recently?

Thank you very much and wait for your reply.

As asked for, you can find in attachment a picture illustrating the problem.

Also something strange : the device with "the problem" seems to take the signal directly from the master and giving that signal to the third device.

in practice : the master device and rhe device with the name "keuken" are in  visual contact with each other, separated by +-10 m distance. So transmitting the signal should not be a problem.

On the contrary, the device called "gang" is on the other site of my house, without any visual contact possibility with the two other devices. What's more : this device is on an other floor separated from the two other devices by a concrete, +- 20 cm thick.
