Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.1 build 240621 rel.162048

Hi guys,

 

My Tapo P110, when I export data, October month, is giving me only 6 days of Energy Usage Excel - per Day.

Lates that I have is 17th of October.

In same Excell, per Month, entire consumption is there, per day.

Update

 

The exported data of Tapo smart plug with energy monitoring feature displays the same information as seen in the Tapo app:

  • The Day sheet displays the data for the past 7 days at one-hour time intervals.
  • Monthly sheet displays the data for the past three months at one-day time intervals.
  • Yearly sheet displays the data for the past 12 months in one-month time intervals.

Try to power cycle the smart plug. Please provide some pictures of the problem here. 

 

Is your Tapo app updated? Can you send this device's Mac address to me via private message?
