Deco X55 offline Clients

Hope someone can help, cos I am loosing my mind with this....
Got the Deco X55, Main and 2 satellites, all worked fine, till about 3 weeks, now the sytem is showing some of the WiFi connections as OFF LINE!!!....this is totally random, and each time i check its a different item offline....
I seen a few treads about this.....Had anyone found a fix or anything that works, I see Deco Support has been useless about this.

By the way, are the satellite Deco X55 units connected to the main Deco via Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection?

-How many online clients have connected to Deco in total?
- Did mainly the smart home devices drop out of the internet connectivity randomly?

Has anyone any update on this error? I have tried loads of different things and it is still the same.

I have exactly the same problem with my X55 Pro 3-pack.
When I use the web management page in a web browser to look at my Deco mesh network, I see all 3 of my APs and everything looks great. I even tried shielding the main unit with a cast iron pot to force a connection to one of the satellites and everything works as expected.
But, when I open the Deco Android app, it shows that my Main Deco is online and my 2 Satellite Decos are offline. Then eventually is says "We couldn't find Deco" and it appears to lose its contact with all the Decos.
I have come to the conclusion that the problem is with the app since everything seems to work otherwise and I can get to all the APs using the web management browser page.

@Loeb I should mention that all my units are connected with an Ethernet backhaul. It doesn't seem to matter if I have the satellites connected directly to the Main Deco or through switches.

anyone have any update on this, whereas the app is showing a load of devices as offline??. it randonly shows differnet devices as offline, I have updates the ffirmware and reinsallted the app...still the same!
