Still struggling to connect to the internet with a new router.

I am with Onestream, what ISP should I pick on the drop down list? I thought BT VDSL as it is apparently through Openreach, but no luck. I also tried "other".

When I get to the below screen, is the username and password here a predetermined one or is it a new one I am setting up for the account? It's not very clear.

Hi,

Have you got some sort of welcome letter or email from Onestream when you signed up with them that might have contained a username and password for the PPPoE connection? (the username often looks like an email address)

If it's through Openreach, then you also need to set the Internet VLAN ID to 101.
