Hello,

I am with Internetty and was trying to set up my router today. As I couldn't log in TP link suggested I factory reset my router. Since then, I can't connect but have gotten a new WiFi called internetty_setup and I absolutely can't connect to it. Please help

Hi,

It seems that the internetty_setup WIFI is the default WIFI, you can check if there is a label with the SSID and password on the router bottom.

Did you get the router from your ISP?

This model is a service provider customized model. If you cannot find any information on the router itself, it is recommended to contact the ISP directly to get more information.
