Model: Archer AX11000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.4 Build 20230906 rel.74809(4555)

Hello, on my V1 AX11000 ROUTER, which I just bought and updated to the latest version, the connection constantly drops during pppoe connection. When I look at the system log, as far as I remember because it is deleted now, information such as send PADT due to (PADI request) and sometimes No response protocol for Poe is observed, constantly trying to reconnect, and when connected, although there is internet in pppoe normally, the computer I am connected to has an indication that the internet is not connected. With my previous Archer c3150 v1 router, which I still have, I can connect to the internet when I plug the same cable into it and try it with the same settings. When I researched this situation, I saw that other people had similar situations. For this reason, I am now connecting to pppoe with archer c3150 again and connecting my ax11000 router to it and unfortunately using it in access point mode. Due to the fact that other people have experienced the problem, I think that the problem is software and that there may be a software problem with the pppoe communication protocol and that there are problems in the connection with some pppoe devices due to this problem.

I request you to examine this issue and release a fix firmware.
